I've been planning innovative and elegant events for more than 30 years. My goal is to deliver an experience your guests were not expecting to get, with a design they've never seen before, all while exceeding your expectations for your best day ever.
My MA is in Public Relations with an emphasis on corporate event planning. I began my career raising $11mil in non-profit events and moved into a lucrative career producing and directing live television events. Missing my home of Auburn, Alabama, I moved back to my alma mater to produce large-scale and high-end donor events. We moved to Colorado for family reasons and I opened up The Event Troupe a decade ago.
My events are not your normal dinner and dancing party. I incorporate who you are, and tell your story in an engaging affair. We want your wedding to be the whole experience...from an engaging ceremony to carefully selected music for your guest enjoyment, to details sprinkled throughout that tell your story. This is not a job, it's my passion.
