We collaborate with you to curate a planning experience that is calm, seamless, and fun. And we take on the complex logistics so you can enjoy the day.
Follow along with our easy "to-do" list and monthly check-ins.
For destination clients...we handle the difficult job of catering and cake tastings, rentals, meetings, on-site tours, and local shopping. We handle vendor communication to help you cut through the noise.

Wedding Management & Execution $1,950
Trusted Wedding Management
You have a vision and are looking for expert guidance, professional referrals, and someone by your side. This is for the couple who is looking for a bit of magic here and there. The first thing we'll do is create your professional wedding day timeline and work through a welcome pack with easy-to-complete organizational sheets to help with each segment of your day.
Orchestrate your ceremony...consider it done.
Inventory management, check.
Rehearsal planning and management (complete with wedding party pocket timelines and full access to me for your entire wedding party), check.
Manage your 30-day walkthrough. Of course!
Wedding Management clients attend a design workshop, and all vendors receive an 18-page Wedding Dossier at the 30-day point.
Guest tracking guidance? Got it.
And I work about 12-15 hours executing the wedding day, so you don't have to.

Elope: $5,300
Wedding Elopement
Grab 10 of your BFFs and elope in the Colorado mountains! This elopement wedding planning package includes a mountain or park destination, an officiant, a bouquet and a boutonniere, 2 hours of photography, 3 bottles of Prosecco and 12 custom wedding cupcakes, 1.5 hours of bridal hair and makeup, and a custom groom's tie. It's the perfect elopement day. Ask about our concierge services to make dinner reservations after the celebration.
VIP Package: $8,500
Luxury Bride
Are you the bride who wants her wedding cake to just appear on her wedding day, all magically? Then you need to be one of my 4 VIPs for the year. I only take on 4 VIP clients, and they receive special attention with my luxury wedding planning package. This is a full wedding planning package with bells and whistles. We take your vision, menu, and budget and make it happen. You just show up and sit in the King & Queen's chair all day. For this VIP luxury wedding package, we'll take your color choices/theme and your menu selections and create your dream day. You truly are a guest at your own wedding. This package includes a bridal attendant by your side all day.
Design and Implement: 15% Fee

If you need help with full wedding design and implementation of a vision truly reflecting you and your love story, we have a full design package.
In this package, we'll turn your vision into reality. We'll work with your budget and provide expert ideas and advice to you along the way. This includes booking the florist, rental companies, and lighting and draping companies; creating mood boards; and guiding you on how to incorporate your vision through the 5 senses.
Advice on wedding party attire, parent attire, and a mood board for guest attire is included.
