Estes Park wedding packages and services

 Adam and AnnMari planned a Colorado destination wedding at The Historic Stanley Hotel with a dinner reception at Taharaa Mountain Lodge.   They came to me not knowing what to do after they booked the two venues, and they were struggling with logistics of multiple sites, and designing from afar (Tampa).  I quickly got to work and coordinated the timing of the two sites and includes shuttle transportation for their guests.  We brought in a florist who knows the venues well, and was able to capture their vision of "mostly clean white, with some natural greens".  When Adam wanted a sign covered, we created a personal wreath custom made from their engagement photos.  And when they wanted an after-party we planned McDonald's cheeseburgers on the lanai at The Stanley.  Their very custom-designed Estes Park wedding weekend came to life.

"Amanda at The Event Troupe was wonderful from start to finish. When we decided to have our wedding in Colorado we knew that planning a wedding from half across the country would be a difficult task.

We hired The Event Troupe after our first call because we knew we would be in good hands. The Event Troupe worked with all of our vendors, coordinated everything, and made everything a breeze for us. Amanda wanted us to enjoy our day without any worries and that is exactly what we did.

We had two of the most stressful weeks leading up to our wedding with two hurricanes/evacuations and not knowing if we would have a house to come back to. Amanda took the time out of her day to check in on us to see how we were doing and if there was anything she could do to help. On top of that, the first cold front of the season was supposed to descend on our outdoor wedding venue the day of our wedding with cold temperatures and snow predicted. Without hesitation, Amanda went to work to help us determine all our alternative options to move the wedding indoors or bring in tents and heaters. The day before the wedding we called an audible and decided to take our chances on the weather by keeping the wedding outside and it turned out to be one of the most beautiful days ever. While we'd like to think Amanda and The Event Troupe called in a favor for the absolutely perfect weather we know she did all she could do to make our incredible day the wedding of our dreams.

Tess and Pablo were both in the Air Force, stationed in Washington, DC.  They wanted a destination wedding in Estes Park but didn't know where to begin or have much time to plan their own wedding with demanding jobs.  After listening to their "must have" list and "must not" list...we looked at many Estes Park wedding venues and landed on The Estes Park Resort.  With the Air Force influence, we landed on shades of blue, but keeping it very feminine and festive.  The welcome drink was an "Air Force One" blue drink, but that was their only lean toward the military in the day.   When his family flew in from Guatemala, we had the sermon transcribed into their language...but there was no language barrier on the dance floor, it was rocking all night long.  We included his three sons in the ceremony and had a planned babysitter to keep them occupied once the drinking started.  This was a wonderful family affair and destination wedding weekend filled with so much love.

Amanda is a wedding Angel from heaven! She is flexible and always willing to help or give ideas. I was a destination bride with a lot of questions and wanting a lot of attention on the little details. Amanda helped me plan my wedding for over a year and a half and helped me every step of the way! She spent months helping me pick the perfect venue, a few weeks helping me design a custom dessert table mini branch tree with hanging lights, and everything in between! She’s even let me ship things to her house so I wouldn’t have to fly with them and I got full access to her garage of wedding decor! On a budget, she also spent a lot of time giving me options to bring down the cost of some of my more expensive ideas. She knows and has relationship with many venues and vendors in the area which really helps too. I also love that it’s a family affair with her daughter and mom joining in to help occasionally.

I would recommend Amanda many times over, and she deserves 3 times what she charges!

Elizabeth and Cory, and 100 of their BFFs traveled from Texas to have a snowy wedding at The Black Canyon Inn.  They got their dream day!  The room was filled with ice blue and winter greens and lots of candles.  The gals had their faux fur pashminas, and the gentlemen donned the classic black tux.  Elizabeth wanted her Texas Cheerleader gals to have a lot of fun, so we planned the photo bomb on the dance floor to kick off the festivities, and later they showed off their cheerleading moves.   Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from the Christmas tree filled with ornaments to the glass hangs custom cut with the name of each member of the wedding party.  Guests had a seamless day, filled with lots of memories.

I can’t say enough how impressed I am with Amanda. I was impressed in the year leading up to the wedding. She was a great communicator, very organized, very responsive. But after seeing her in the throes of a crisis, I can tell you there is no one else we would have rather had on our team and working on our behalf.
