As your Wedding Planner, you'll receive full service for vendor selection, design and production of your big day.  This is for the couple who loves being in love, can't wait for their "best day ever", but really wants someone else to take the helm.  You'll choose from 3 final venue choices (fit for your budget, vibe and availability), choose from 3 mood boards (based on our full color and design workshop), and make final selections on tangible decor as it is presented to you.  Vendors are selected based on budget, availability, personality styles, and wedding "needs".  For destination clients...we handle the difficult job of catering and cake tastings, rentals meetings, on-site tours and local shopping.  

No two couples are alike, so no two weddings should be alike.  We'll work together to customize your day, every step of the way.

Trusted Event Management

You have a vision and are looking for expert guidance, professional referrals, and someone by your side. This is for the couple who is looking for a bit of magic here and there.  Orchestrate your ceremony...consider it done.  Inventory management, check.  Rehearsal planning and management (complete with wedding party pocket timelines and full access to me for your entire wedding party), check.  We will work through a "Detail Download" and I will manage your 30-day walkthrough.  All vendors receive an 18-page Wedding Dossier at the 30-day point. RSVP guidance? Got it.   And I work about 12-15 hours executing the wedding day so you don't have to.  No detail is overlooked.

Reputation for Fun

Grab 10 of your BFFs and Elope in the Colorado mountains!  This package includes a mountain or park destination, an officiant, a bouquet and a boutonniere, 2 hours of photography, 3 bottles of Prosecco and 12 custom wedding cupcakes, 1.5 hours of bridal hair and makeup, a custom groom's tie.  It's the perfect elopement day.  Ask about our concierge services to make dinner reservations after the celebration.

Are you the Bride who wants her wedding cake to just appear on her wedding day all magically?  Then you need to be one of my 4 VIPs for the year.  I only take on 4 VIP clients and they receive special attention.  We take your vision, menu and budget and make it happen.  You just show up and sit in the King & Queen's chair all day.  For this VIP package, we'll take your color choices/theme, your menu selections and create your dream day. You truly are a guest at your own wedding.

Designs that Fit Your Style

If you need help with full design and implementation of a vision, we have a full design package.  In this package we'll take your vision and create the look and present you with the contracts for approval/signature.  We'll work with your budget and advise you along the way of how to get your vision, and make it a reality.  This includes booking the florist, rental companies, lighting and draping companies, creating mood boards, and guiding you on how to incorporate your vision through the 5 senses.  Advice on wedding party attire, parent attire, and a mood board for guest attire is included.  Pull it all together in one  incredible seamless approach by hiring a full-service designer.

We are currently working on a full day of micro weddings this winter.  This is the perfect way to enjoy a beautiful wedding at a fraction of the cost.  We plan 3 weddings in one day at the same location.  We select 3 couples, and offer 3 timeslots:  10a-12p, 2-4p or 6-8p.  You get to invite up to 40 guests.  You'll enjoy a 20-minute ceremony, champagne toast and cake cutting, wonderful food buffet, and 2.5 full hours of photos.  Contact me today and inquire about the 2024 Wedding Day Bundles.
