Anita and Adam wanted a mountain wedding most of all. They wanted their Kansas family and friends to experience the altitude and scenery.  At Copper Mountain, they got just that. The Wedding Party rode the chairlift up to the top for photos while guests enjoyed libations on the patio overlooking the mountains.  This destination group enjoyed the full weekend in Air BnB's in the village.  Anita's color choice was a slate blue, white and green to match the Colorado blue sky and green mountains.  Each guest enjoyed a mountain cookie upon arrival.  And the party was over the top with a live saxophone and shotski.  At the end of the night we were joined by a beautiful red fox.  They built memories to last a lifetime.

“Amanda and her team were absolutely instrumental in helping us have a wonderful day! Her attention to detail, ability to be flexible as things evolved and passion for her work took so much stress out of our day. Her recommendation of vendors, locations, products, etc. allowed us to have confidence that we were getting a fair price, quality products and reliable service. We could not imagine trying to plan this wedding without her. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and would without a doubt recommend her to anyone.”

Sara and Joe came to me needing help planning their dream rocky mountain wedding at the historic Hotel Colorado in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.  Of upmost importance was the inclusion of their two pugs, Hazel and Teddy.  We immediately got to work designing a fall dream wedding, with pugs.  From the 3-tier cake adorned with chocolate mountain peaks, to wine-colored velvet linens for a 38-person head table we made it happen.  Tall centerpieces filled with burgundy and gold real leaves draped over the guests. And a romantic paper lantern send-off ended the night, after which all the guests enjoyed the after party on the patio.  Hazel and Teddy indeed attended the rehearsal dinner and ceremony.  The highlight of the reception were the two oversized Hazel and Teddy cut out heads that were not only part of the Grand Entrance, but also a big hit on the dance floor.  We all fell in love with Glenwood Springs.

"Dear Amanda.  Joe and I want to thank you sincerely for all of the hard work you did to make our day so special and personal.  We could not have done it without you.  Sincerely, Sara, Joe and The Pugs"

The Charter at Beaver Creek is nestled in the high Rocky Mountains, about 3 hours from Denver International Airport.   Sarah and Eamonn had their hearts set on a destination wedding "somewhere around Vail" because his family has an annual family reunion here and they wanted to tie it all together.

The venue is nestled in Beaver Creek village and includes accommodations. There is also complimentary shuttle transportation around Beaver Creek Village for guests.

Sarah and Eamonn had some very personal touches...their seating assignments were written on a box containing peanut butter and jelly macarons with a sign that read, "you are the peanut butter to my jelly".  We served a special custom "princess cake" to the wedding party because her mom (who has passed recently) made those cakes for Sarah's birthday annually.  And with both Sarah and Eamonn playing musical instruments in college, we had to have a brass quartet on the lawn for the ceremony and cocktail hour.  Every where we turned, there was something personal to tell their love story.

"It’s hard to describe in a review just how amazing Amanda was as our wedding planner. She has an incredible attention to detail, and always kept us on track with every little step of planning our wedding. We could not have done our wedding without her! We don’t live in Colorado, so she drove all the way out to our venue to see it for us. She helped us set our budget, pick all of our vendors, choose decorations, and handle surprise issues. Not only did she plan our wedding, she helped with our rehearsal dinner and welcome night too. On the day of our wedding when everyone kept asking if I was nervous, I could confidently say “Nope!” because Amanda took care of everything! Our wedding went beautifully well and we received so many compliments. We interviewed a few different planners and knew instantly that Amanda was the best. If you’re getting married, definitely hire her! She is worth every single penny!

Sarah and Eamonn"
